On Saturday April 28th, 2018 at 10:00am, we hosted an open house in conjunction with the Recruit NY movement. This was in hope to inspire the public to come join us protect our community and become a Volenteer Firefighter. We hosted several events throughout the day, but not limited to, how to throw a ladder on a building, how we go bout cutting a roof to vent a fire, how we stretch a hose line through a building to extinguish a fire, how thermal imaging works and how it aids us, and how we are able to gain access And extricate a potential victim in a car accident.
