Tuesday (05/28/24)
Department 21 responded to two automatic fire alarms. First at the Subaru Parts Distributors Corp, and the other at a single-story multi-family residence on Path of Heroes Way. Both alarms were accidental activations.

Wednesday (05/29/24)
Department 21 was dispatched for an outside smoke investigation in the area of State Route 303 and Campbell Avenue. The report was found to be unfounded.

Thursday (05/30/24)
Department 21’s 21-1502 was requested for mutual aid to Department 11’s area (Orangieburg FD) for a second alarm commercial structure fire at the Orangetown Shopping Center. 21-1502 responded within 4 minutes with a full crew. Upon arrival, Department 21 members assisted with overhaul operations and hose line operations.

Sunday (06/02/24)
This morning, Department 21 was requested as a FAST team for a residential structure fire in Department 1’s area (Blauvelt FD). Minutes after dispatch, 21-FAST was fully staffed with seven members certified in “Firefighter Assist and Search Team” operations. As the incident extended, 1-Command made the decision to backfill the FAST team, allowing Department 21 members to enter the structure to assist with overhaul and extinguishing hot spots.
